"The view is stunning and the location is great. 15min from the airport by tram, 15min by tram to the old town. The tram is on your door step and so is the beach. There beach clubs on the beach and lots to do."

"The facilities are good too, the only thing is… it’s such a lovely place and has so much potential, just need a deep deep spring clean in the furniture like chairs and couch, the bedroom bed needs a better mattress, the shower a small fix and the balcony deserved nicer furniture. You can fit four adults if the mattress in the bedroom were replaced. Other than that… honestly… it’s a great place and I would stay there again."

"It was OK altogether, however yes, I have to agree with some previous comments that the flat is a little bit too small for a family. The sleeping place was not that comfortable for two adults - forget it, if you are taller than 180 cm. And we had to open the couch, so, not much space remained, but it was at least surprisingly comfortable. Anyway, the air condition was great, the sea was magical looking down from the balcony, we saw almost the entire Promenade des Anglais. We had a coffee machine, a microwave, a toaster, a washing machine, etc. (never used them, but it is a good point to those, who stay for a longer period). Cécilie gave us very clear instructions, so we had no issue with the keys and the takeover. Tram L2 was right behind the corner, so the city centre and the airport was easy to reach."

"Even with closed windows, the noise of the traffic was annoying. And the elevator was extremely small, I do not know, it was maybe 60x70 cm. We, as a family, could not use it at the same time. And if you are afraid of confinement, you must use the stairs up to the fourth floor."

"Very noisy road ahead/below, you can sleep only while door is closed. Because of the traffic you can never hear the see:( Apartment is not really for 4 persons ( even with kids), sofa in "living room" is far from comfortable. Its rather for a couple."

"The apartment is located on the promenade itself. The view is wonderful. We found a very clean apartment and very friendly owners. There is a tram stop behind the building and it comes every few minutes. We are delighted with Nice, a beautiful city and many can be visited. We plan to return and definitely book the same accommodation. All recommendations from the heart!"
